Do you know where your tea comes from?

Over the course of the 20th century, the tea industry like most of corporate America grew through mergers and acquisitions — and by the 1980s and 90s, there were few giants dominating the industry.

The process of consolidation was great for the global economy, but it also caused three problems: It eradicated much of the diversity in our local industry; it made rural communities much less engaged with their products; and it often replaced American crops with cheap artificial flavoring or low cost imports.

Our aim is to bring back the richness of America as expressed in our product by using ingredients whose characteristics are reflected in our national climates, landscapes and waters.

A product of ingredients harvested in America and nowhere else.
